If more people arrive than stated on the booking confirmation, or if the age of the children has been incorrectly stated, the room price (plus any local tax) will be adjusted by us in accordance with our price list.

Our rooms, suites and apartments are at your disposal on the arrival day from 03.00 p.m. We can not guarantee an earlier check-in or a parking possibility.
Our front office is open from 08.00 a.m.

Our main entrance ist open till 10 p.m.

Check-Out is until 10.30 p.m.
You can pay your bill already on the previous evening, so the check-out runs smooth and fast on your departure day.
The parking place is at your disposal on the departure day until 10.00 a.m.

It is not possible to use our spa area after your check-out.

Every evening (except Tuesday), we offer our menu with various starters, soups, salads, pizzas, pasta dishes, meat and fish dishes, and desserts. 
Our menu is optional and not included in the price.

We now also offer our guests the option of half board à la carte.

Our half board includes soup, salad buffet, main course and dessert (main course and dessert can be selected from our à la carte menu). Half board can only be booked for the entire stay; dinners not consumed will not be refunded.

If you prefer to be more flexible on holiday, you are welcome to book our room + breakfast option.

SUMMER: Our restaurant is closed on Tuesdays – half board is also not available – this is taken into account in the price. 

WINTER: Dinner available every day – fondue evening once a week (fondue chinoise) – subject to change.

A final cleaning fee of € 120 will be charged for the apartments.

Guests in our rooms & suites breakfast buffet is open in winter from 07.30 am till 10.00 am and in summer from 08.00 am till 10.00 am.

For our apartment guests the breakfast buffet is not included.

Upon request, our apartment guests can book our gourmet breakfast for an additional charge. As this depends on the number of seats available in the dining room, we ask for your understanding that we can only book breakfast on the day of arrival. Our breakfast cannot therefore be booked in advance.

We ask for your understanding that dogs and other pets are not allowed in our hotel Das Naturjuwel.

We reserve the right to cancel online bookings within 48 hours in the event of technical errors.

Your online booking is only valid after our reconfirmation.

Before we built our hotel DAS NATURJUWEL, this used to be HAUS CENTRAL with apartments only. That´s why our apartments are in “old status” – they were not refurbished yet. All our rooms & suites as well as the wellness and restaurant area were built in summer 2016.

There is one parking place on-site (at the hotel) for each room/suite or apartment. If you are planning to arrive with two cars, this is possible only with prior agreement and at extra charge. We cannot guarantee a parking place for the second car.

Our garage (no underground garage) is situated behind the hotel. A parking place in the garage costs € 6.00 per day.

Our hotel Das Naturjuwel is a non-smoking hotel. We therefore ask you not to smoke in the entire hotel, with the exception of the sun terrace.

Thanks to our central location, almost all restaurants and bars in Fiss are within walking distance.

The sleeping area of our pull-out sofa beds is 190 x 140 cm.

We reserve for our guests the comfort ski-depot lockers at depot Frommes (at extra charge). These are at your disposal until 12.00 pm on the departure day.

up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the booked travel price
in the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the booked travel price

Our wellness area is open daily from 15:00 to 20:00. Our heated outdoor pool is open in summer from 08.00 to 20.00 & in winter from 15.00 to 20.00.
We ask for your understanding that our sauna area is a textile-free area and a quiet zone and is therefore available to our guests aged 16 and over.

We accept cash (EURO), debit cards, Visa or MasterCard.

You are welcome to settle your bill at our reception until 20:00 on the evening before your departure or from 08:00 on the day of departure.
Please note, the hotel bill has to be settled latest on the departure day.
