What type of catering do we offer our guests?

Room with breakfast
When booking a room with breakfast, our gourmet breakfast is included in the price every day. Dinner is not included in the price. We ask our guests to let us know in the morning if they would like to dine with us in the evening. |

Room with halfboard
Our à la carte half-board option can only be booked for the entire stay. Meals not consumed cannot be refunded. Winter: Fondue Chinoise evening once a week (Tuesdays – subject to change) Summer: One day off per week – no dinner available |

Vegetarian and vegan options available
Our menu naturally also includes vegetarian dishes. If you follow a vegan diet, please do let us know in advance so that our kitchen can make the necessary preparations. |

Is our restaurant also open to members of the public?
Our cuisine is primarily reserved for our hotel guests. |

Are there any special culinary highlights at Naturjuwel?
As well as our à la carte dishes, you can look forward to a lovingly prepared dish of the day and a soup to go with it every day. |

Are there any snacks or light meals served in the afternoon?
No, we do not provide any snacks or afternoon tea. |

Intolerances and allergies
Please let us know in advance of your arrival if you have any allergies or food intolerances, so that we can cater to your needs as best as possible. Despite taking the utmost care and preparing meals conscientiously, we cannot completely rule out contact with other allergens due to the nature of our kitchen operations. |

Dinner for late arrivals
When booking our half-board option: Please note that, in the event of a late arrival after 8.30 pm, we are unfortunately unable to serve the full evening meal. Depending on the time, our kitchen may already have closed, meaning that dinner is no longer available. Please let us know in good time. Alternatively, if you arrive late, we can deduct the surcharge for dinner from your bill. |

Do you have a children’s menu?
Yes, for our younger guests aged up to 14, we have a dedicated children’s menu featuring soup, a choice of main courses and ice cream for dessert. *During peak holiday periods such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival and in the summer from mid-July to mid-August, we offer a children’s buffet. *During ‘quieter periods’, children can order à la carte. *Subject to change If children would prefer to choose from the adult à la carte menu, the adult half-board rate will be charged instead of the children’s rate. |

Can I choose half-board on some days and just order à la carte on others?
For organisational reasons, our half-board option can only be booked for the entire stay and for all travelling companions together. |
