Arno and Madeleine realized their dream of a hotel DAS NATURJUWEL in 2016 and have been welcoming guests to their hotel since December 2016.
ARNO,
born in 1986, completed his gastronomic training in a renowned 5-star hotel in Serfaus and later gained further gastronomic experience in Tyrol and South Tyrol. In 2012, he took over the former Apart Central from his father Walter and began planning the hotel shortly afterwards.
MADELEINE,
born in 1990, initially had nothing to do with gastronomy. However, she has always enjoyed working with people and trained as a kindergarten and after-school teacher in Innsbruck. As luck would have it, the two crossed paths in Innsbruck and later Madeleine also moved to Fiss.
The couple's greatest happiness is their children Elena and Anna.
Walter, the good soul of the house and Arno's father, looks after the hotel. In winter he is busy clearing the snow, in summer he looks after the flowers and when something needs to be repaired, Walter simply manages everything with his manual skills. In 1980 he laid the foundation stone for the Apart Central.
