What does the wellness area at Naturjuwel have to offer?
Our Juwel Spa offers a heated outdoor pool, a sauna area featuring a bio sauna, Finnish sauna and steam room, as well as a relaxation room and a Kneipp pool. We also offer soothing massages on site. |

Opening hours Pool
Our outdoor pool is open daily from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm in winter and from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm in summer. For guests seeking peace and quiet, we offer an ‘adults only’ period every day from 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm and, in summer, additionally from 8.00 am to 10.00 am. |

Our saunas and steam room are open daily from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. |

Is use of the spa facilities included in the room rate?
Yes, use of the pool and sauna area is included for our hotel guests. |

From what age are children allowed in the wellness area?
Everyone is welcome to use our outdoor pool. However, we ask for your understanding that our sauna area is reserved exclusively for guests aged 16 and over. |

Can you use the outdoor pool in winter as well?
Yes, our heated outdoor pool is open all year round. |

Is the sauna a nude sauna?
Yes, our sauna is a nude area and is therefore only open to guests aged 16 and over. |

What types of massage are available?
We offer massages once a week (on Thursdays). You can find our massage services here. |
