How big is the Serfaus–Fiss–Ladis ski resort?
The ski resort offers around 214 kilometres of slopes at altitudes ranging from 1,200 to 2,820 metres. This makes it one of the largest and most snow-reliable family ski resorts in Austria. |

When does the ski season start in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis?
The winter season begins in the region around the first weekend in December and lasts until a week after Easter. |

Yes, there are several toboggan runs in the region (including the Hexenrodelbahn in Fiss). There is also a tobogganing evening in Fiss once a week. |

How far is the DAS NATURJUWEL hotel from the valley station?
The hotel is situated around 450 metres from the valley station in Fiss and is just a few minutes’ walk away. |

Where can I store my ski equipment? Are there any boot dryers?
Our ski storage facilities are located at the valley station at DEPOT Frommes. There, you can store and dry your ski equipment (skis, poles and ski boots), as well as your helmet and gloves. There is no ski storage room at the hotel. |
