  • Distance to the cable-cars

    Schönjochbahn, Möseralmbahn, Sonnenbahn approx. 400 – 450 m
    Waldbahn approx. 700 m

  • Comfort Skidepot lockers

    We reserve for our guests the comfort ski-depot lockers at depot Frommes (at extra charge). These are at your disposal until 12.00 pm on the departure day. 

  • Dinner at our hotel

     

    We offer in our à la carte restaurant six times a week (except Tuesday) various meals (appetizers, soups, salads, pizza, pasta, meat & fish as well as desserts).

    Our menu card is optional and it is not included in the room rates.

     

     

  • Arrival

    Check-In is at 03.00 pm.

     

    Our rooms, suites and apartments are at your disposal on the arrival day from 03.00 pm. We can not guarantee an earlier check-in or a parking possibility.

    Our front office is open from 08.00 am.

     

     

  • Departure

    Check-Out is until 10.00 am.
    You can pay your bill already on the previous evening, so the check-out runs smooth and fast on your departure day.

    The parking place is at your disposal on the departure day until 10.00 am.

  • What does "old stock" mean?

    Before we built our hotel DAS NATURJUWEL, this used to be HAUS CENTRAL with apartments only. That´s why our apartments are in “old status” – they were not refurbished yet. All our rooms & suites as well as the wellness and restaurant area were built in summer 2016.

  • Parking / Garage

    There is one parking place on-site (at the hotel) for each room/suite or apartment. If you are planning to arrive with two cars, this is possible only with prior agreement and at extra charge. We cannot guarantee a parking place for the second car.

    Our garage (no underground garage) is situated behind the hotel. A parking place in the garage costs € 6.00 per day.

  • Breakfast

    Our breakfast buffet is open in winter from 07.30 am till 10.00 am and in summer from 08.00 am till 10.00 am.

  • Pets

    Dogs and other pets are not allowed at our hotel.

  • Restaurants nearby

    Thanks to our central location, almost all restaurants and bars in Fiss are within walking distance.

  • Payment

    We accept cash (EURO), debit cards, Visa or MasterCard.

    Please note, the hotel bill has to be settled latest on the departure day.

Aufgrund der außergewöhnlichen Zeiten haben wir beschlossen unsere Stornobedingungen für die Wintersaison 2020/21 weiter anzupassen.

So können Sie bis 14 Tage vor Anreise kostenfrei umbuchen oder stornieren - situationsbedingt sogar bis zum Anreisetag.
